MyDrive Connect installation issue Windows 10

I cannot get my tomtom start 25 installed in Windows 10 version 1909. Always in 190.3.
The ..exe files don't open and so nothing is installed ... and so ... NO more updates as promised in your lifetime service.

    Firstly I would suggest that you download a fresh and the latest copy of MyDrive Connect from this link-

    In case there is some application compatibility issue. You might consider running the program with specific compatibility mode. If you right-click on your exe you will get this dialog. I hope this helps.

    On the rare occasions I have a problem with myDrive Connect
    I Delete MyDrive Connect using the free version of Revo Uninstaller then Reinstall MyDrive Connect....

    I have a 64 bits system....Dell E6420. Windows 10 vs 1903 never gave me problems with Tomtom, but windows 10 vs 1909.....does !!!!
    Comtabiliteit does not work. The system just cannot execute the tomtom files...exe.

    I have the same problem. MyDrive connect simply does not connect! to my GPS with the last update of windows (vs 1909), PLEASE HELP

    Or instead of UN-installing & RE-installing MyDrive Connect
    I find deleting the "HOME3" and the "MyDrive Connect" folders in the MyDrive Connect Program just as effective for giving MyDrive Connect a CPR...

    I have the same issue and keep going over the same ground with support via mail. They just don't accept they when you try and install it NOTHING happens. As for use another PC......are they going to supply it???

    Has anyone found a fix for the fact that the program does not install? I have a clean registry now no mention of tomtom in it, and yet still it does not install. Have created a new admin account. Same issue.

    Hoping someone has a clue??
