Changing your email address on your device

We have changed the email address on our account . Unfortunately our satnav still wants to use the old email address and we cannot see anywhere on the device to change it. In order to log into Mydrive on our device we need to be able to change the email address to match the one on my account. Of course it keeps telling me that the email address is old and that it cannot log me in. How do I update it on my device to match the correct email address for my account.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.
Set the device to factory settings, then you can feed it with the actual Mail adress.
Tap Menu/SettingsSystem/Reset

So there is no way of updating it with a new email address without having to lose all our routes etc?0

I have the same issue as Inti above. I need to change the 'eircom.net' email address on my device because the owner of that domain has ceased business. I don't mind losing routes. I'd just like to have my current Gmail account address displayed in my TomTom account instead. Thank you.0
