Login to MyDrive Connect account to update my email address

I cannot logon to my tom tom account in mydrive connect in order to update my old email address which is still on my sat nav. How do I do it. The account button just hangs and hangs.

    Thank you I can log in on the TT home page and My drive connect which already has my current ID and password there but I still cannot log on through my sat nav or make changes there because it has retained has my old obsolete email address which is what I am trying to update.
    How do I update the email address on my TT satnav?

    Thank you, I have reset my TT and all is serene. The serial no is
    QRxxxxFxxxxx (0)…..It is portable device.

    Hi @mac009

    Glad you are sorted. If you can still do it see if when you click on the Cog wheel on your post if you have an option to edit your post. If you can delete the Serial number.
