URGENT: One-way road errors

MCKLMTMCKLMT Posts: 4 [Apprentice Traveler]
I'm part of the local council on my city and I have observed an error which is very annoying because it can cause accidents.
I have already reported errors on the map but all my reports are not accepted for the moment and again, this can be dangerous for people following the instructions you provide.

Report ID in pending state:
- 3ca79692-772c-47aa-ae01-f298446232c9
- 3267e1b0-0c8e-44a9-b913-4718bec1f90b

Report ID accepted:
- 86c59ce0-1491-4a13-9973-edef923ab6af
- 9aa6d055-c8f9-47d9-a2ed-ebd003588e35
- 2be79f9f-003f-47fe-a46f-2d96a246317e
- 2912d329-be1c-4af6-90d2-6e10f33ac515

Thanks for your help for definitely solving these errors which can cause accidents.

You may be overwhelming the Maps Team with reports.
Why are so many shown on that image?

    Hi @MCKLMT

    Welcome to the community!

I reviewed your account and I see the two reports you mentioned don't include a description or user comments.

Perhaps you can report them again with a descriptive comments :)

I made a lot of reports simply because there is a lot of issues in my town. Missing speed limits, road shown which does not exist, etc... I have reported all I could.

I'd suggest concentrate on the road errors first. Once they're fixed, then you can start going for the the less important ones

Can I edit the reports I have already submitted? Is there a way to discuss with someone at TomTom about that?

VikramK is the best person to talk to about that.

    Hi @MCKLMT

I don't think we can edit reports once they have been submitted but I reviewed the corrections which were accepted except the two way (pink colour highlighted) route section.

I have reported that through MapShare.

The corrections once accepted will start reflecting on the MapShare website, however for these to actually reflect on the map for PND's it could take around 6-9 months.
