The contacts after 2 years of usage are consumed (especialli the rightmost one) and I'm not anymore able to charge the device.
Is there a way to restore the electrical contacts?
It is obvious that they wipe away if you have to charge the device each day with that type of connection.

You can try rubbing them with a pencil eraser which will remove any built up residue. Also check that the pins on the charger are not damaged or stuck and free them with a pin if they are. Otherwise you are out of luck, it is out of warranty and they have been out of business for 2 years so it is time for a new watch.1

I'll try to fix with a welder.
If I cannot this will be my second tomtom smartwatch gone away...and, definitively, the last one.0 -

Considering they went out of business over 2 years ago there is no way it cannot be your last one.0
