Using MyDrive Connect, I can log in and view "My Device" and "My Content" but not "My Account"

When trying to open "My Account" I just see a circle... permanently circling.

    Sorry, i have no info about that.
    Here (in Germany) it doesn´t work too.

    Thanks, Lochfrass - you're right and that is helpful.

    Do you know why MyDrive Connect is no longer able to display the "My Account" tab?

    Thanks, Lochfrass. I thought perhaps it was TomTom's revenge on the UK for leaving the EU - but if it also does not work in Germany that cannot be the case. (Germany is not leaving the EU yet, is it?)
