I need to purchase a map of Japan for my TomTom. Please advise. Also is this the only way to get support for my TomTom?

    That Sucks!! I shouldn;t have purchased this machine, Definitely won't be recommending to anyone, not only because you can't get certain maps also because of the poor support process and diversion tactics this company uses so they are not accountable. Thank you Miketocy for your answer at least you had the decency to reply.
    Putting this machine straight on Ebay for sale.
