My TomTom device is acting weirdly for the last few days and keeps loosing the GPS signal during my journeys . I have updated the device and the software as well tried to soft reset it but nothing is working. I'm planning to factory reset and restore everything again. My problem is that I have a lot of Favourites saved in the device that will be lost once I hard reset it.
Is there a way I can recover all the favourites from my device and then restore back? I couldn't find anything on MyConnect App on my Mac.
