If you have tested several cables unsuccessfully, the error seems to be in the device.
But as long as it doesn't turn on, it's not possible to help yourself.
If the long press on the power button does not help it looks bad.
Unfortunately I also have no idea what else could be the cause.
Maybe there is another user who knows another possible cause

What´s the Problem. Did you get an error message in MyDrive Connect or your device?0

No matter how many times ive tried the gps wont update Ive reset it cleared it have done all i was asked to try and nothing >> now she wont turn on , no idea what to do i bought it in 2015

It could be that the battery has discharged and therefore cannot be switched on.
Do you know what the battery level is?
So you can try this:
Charge the Battery for two hours e.g. with a Smartphone charger.
Then press the powerbutton about 40-50 seconds. I hope that the device then starts.

Thank you I gave support a call and this is what was suggested I try
>>> I request you to please try using TomTom Cable and check if the device is turning on.
>>> I request you to try charging the device with a wall outlet and try different cables as well for charging.
Also, if you want, you can get a new TomTom cable for your device and see if that works.
