Unable to login to MyDrive

hi guys, i am unable to log into my drive with my pc and tablet but logs in fine with no problem on my mobile phone. just wondering if anyone else is having log in problems with my drive. cheers.

    Yes this is normal.
    Use the MyDrive App.

    If you want to upload a GPX to MyDrive you can use the MyRoute-App app and a free basic version of myrouteapp.com (after trail).

    To load Route - RouteLab -> Routes -> +New -> route upload
    To save Route in Mydrive - RouteLab -> Routes -> open route -> Save as -> TomTom MyDrive (Beta)

    (MRA use a old MyDrive API. Your routes can become invisible in the MyDrive App.)

    hi roadrider, just tried to log in and now on my pc no problem logs in ok but still no good on tablet wierd. have checked and my drive app is showing installed so maybe the tablet will sort itself out like the pc has. cheers.

    You can try different browsers and Desktop Mode in your browser.

    But stays difficult to login to MyDrive Web from a mobile device.

    To plan a (Thrill) route you can use the MyDrive App.

    To load a GPX Route/Track it is easier to use myrouteapp.com

    I have the same problem....

    Cant login in web browser, i try login it appear and desapear after few seconds the box for loggin

    Hi @dobest

    As Roadrunner suggested try another app Web Browser as that often resolves it.
