I have a lifetime Canada/US/Mexico map on the expansion card. The device does not show it. When connected to my computer I can see that the map is there.
Any ideas?
Have you another card you can use and after formatting it in the device for maps then see if the North American map is available to download in My Drive Connect.
No I don't. I can get one and try. This card has been working fine for a long time and I have updated regularly with no problem. I assume reformatting the card is not good idea.

How did you load the map on the SD card and what software did you use.

Have you another card you can use and after formatting it in the device for maps then see if the North American map is available to download in My Drive Connect.
