Not able to view My Account

I have a Go 5000 which I occasionally use as a spare (other is 6200), so doing updates I have to use the computer. On My Drive Connect after updating, I can view Device and Content, but I can't view Account? Have tried when updating several times before, and have only managed to view once, any ideas ?
Also on the One Month Speed Camera Offer, why do they say "3 Months only £1", THEN changes to "3 months only £1 Per Month" ? when it's clearly the latter they are charging for... Not sure how things will be phrased next.

I think you have ordered an incorrect subscription for Speed cameras. The correct service can be ordered here-
https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/sat-nav/maps-services/shop/speed-camera-updates/europe/
To sort this out I would suggest that you contact the customer service.
With regards to checking the subscription status-
- Open MyDrive Connect and log in to your account.
- If you have multiple devices linked to your account, you can select the device you want by clicking My Devices and then selecting the relevant device.
- Click MY CONTENT in the top left corner of the page.
- You can find MY SERVICES at the bottom of the MY CONTENT page. Here you see all map update services and other services such as Speed Cameras, and their expiry date. If you have a lifetime service, that will be indicated instead of the expiry date.
