    Hi @Leslye

    Welcome to the Community! When you connect your watch to your computer, can you see that the watch is charging? Please make sure the watch is pushed fully into the charging dock.

    Does the Sports Connect window appear when you connect the watch? If not, please try reinstalling the device drivers on your PC. See below:

    -Open the Run command by going to Start> search Run> paste this path C:\Program Files (x86)\TomTom\MySportsConnect\bin\RegistryDeviceCleanup.exe

    This will remove all knowledge of TomTom devices. So when you next connect the watch Windows should reinstall the drivers. Hope this helps!
