I bought a one-year subscription in September 2019 for 19.95e.
Today I did not get the app open and had to download so done. But I have lost everything and do not know how to reach tomtom.
Does anyone know how I can solve this

Welcome to the Community! Can you please try to restore the purchases on app following the steps below? But first log out from the app, Go to TomTom app>Tap on map screen>Settings>TomTom Account> logout from this screen if you're already logged in.
Once you're logged out, please login again with the email address which you used to log in here on the community. See more information in the User manual here: GO Mobile App
