This device is the worse thing I ever bought, as for customer service, if it exists at all it is hidden behind a maze of dead ends. If you chase the " contact us " icon on their wesite you eventually get asked to select the serial number of your device from a pull down menu, there is of course only one option namely " K4" which when selected tells you its no longer supported.
If you have a specific question as to why the path/track is not shown on your device then forget it, you will never find the answer, there is no one out there to support you after you have paid your £303.
This is criminal in my opinion.

If I enter K4 in the link below which is in the previous post to yours it says it is supported by Phone and Email.

So what is your exact problem. If someone on here can’t help then we can give you the Customer Support number

@Tedfred Have you tried a Soft/Drum roll restart on the device ??? This restarts the devices Operating System afresh
RESETTING YOUR NAVIGATION DEVICE
https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6965//session/L2F2LzEvdGltZS8xNDI2NjM0NDUyL3NpZC9EQTdTVHpobQ
Charge the device for at least 2Hrs "OR" have the device plugged into a power supply
Press and hold the on/off button until you hear a drum-roll sound then release the on/off button.
You won’t lose anything; it’s just like rebooting your PC
I use a Soft/drum-roll start after any upgrade large or small.
It’s also useful to keep in mind for sorting out most minor niggles......
