How to change my country under "MY ACCOUNT"?

how do i change the country in my account?? it says Taiwan but i am living in Canada. thanks!

    I called that number today, the lady said that there is no way to change the country and ask me to create a new account. The problem is I see a special offer in myTomTom for buying a new gps. If I create a new account that offer will not exist in my new account. That is so disappointed.
