On the app it saying Device not in range how do I fix it

This problem started with the introduction of IOS13 and we await Apple and or Tomtom to resolve it. If you are still working with IOS 12 it does not appear to be a problem.

Tom Tom is aware. they fixed Blue Tooth connectivity, but not traffic and MyDrive.
