A few days ago that when logging into my MyDriveConnect account I no longer find the possibility to enter the Route Planner.
I state that the MyDriveConnect home page is presented in an anomalous way. If I then access Route Planner directly and program a route and go to save it, the error "the file does not have an associated app to perform the action" appears to me.
You have suggestions for me because with the Tom Tom support team I can't get an answer.
