Traffic not working

New premium x delivered yesterday, set up wifi - updated - but no traffic available. Traffic is activated and ive been out this morning but still no traffic just the greyed out car. ive turned on my old 5000 and traffic was available straight away so no problems with connections (unless different sim card) Ive reset once and restarted a few times. Cant find anything on support relating to premium traffic problems. Device is out in the car so should have a clear line of sight and able to connect.

    Just to double check could you try the following and if this fails then conract customer support as detailed below.

    Tap Menu
    Scroll fully right and Tap the ? in a Blue Circle
    If you scroll down you will see a list of info.
    Check if Traffic and Cameras are both shown as Activated. If not Activated contact Customer Support.

    If they are Activated try the following before contacting Customer Support.

    Tap Menu
    Tap Settings
    Tap System
    Tap Reset Device.

    This will return the device to the out of the box position although any Software or Map updates you have done will not be affected.

    thanks for the reply, but as in my question ive reset once and rebooted and the traffic is activated. all the legal bits are ticked as well.Thanks again
