Live Services is not connected
I’ve purchased Traffic service but I can’t use it because of connection status is ’not connected’. I’ve done all instructions from this page https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/10316 but nothing helped me.
I use Carminat Live TomTom device IBxxxxxxxx66

My connected device is iPhone 7, iOS 13.2.3 (Also I tried to connect with iPhone 6, iOS 12.4)
I can use Hands-Free Calling feature (but I don't see who is calling me, I see unknown or '--' or just phone number instead of contact's name)
This is information from Menu Set -> Status and Information

Error message when I select Menu set -> Live Services -> My services

Please, let me know what I did wrong or give my money back.

It could be related to a problem related to the SIM. My advise would you to get in touch with the customer service.
They can help you with this further.
