Corrupted and No maps found

Hi All, Ive got similar situation ,,No maps Found ,, after an update. I bought that tom tom in 2015 with Lifetime Worlds Map but in my content doesn't show me any maps just a new offer to buy
I reinstalled my drive app clear the cache and still nothing
Does that means I can't download my maps any more ?

Could you soft reset the device and check for updates now, please ?
