How do I get tracking information for the shipment of my new navagation device? My credit card was charged for it and I did receive an emailed invoice but no other notification on shipping or tracking. The new device does not show up on my Orders pape of the website.

Call customer services to verify the status of your order, and give them hell for not providing tracking info

You need to contact Customer Support. This is a user forum.
There has been no Phone Contact facility with Customer Support with so many currently working from home. The method for contacting Support has changed.
