I receive e-mail from the TomTom website informing me that my Live Services subscription has expired and that I can renew it by paying € 49.95.
I've already renewed this subscription, and paid with PayPal on 10/21/2019.
I would like to know from TomTom if everything is in order. I can't contact them directly.

    Welcome to the Community! As @DougLap mentioned, please get in touch with our support and they'll be able to sort this one out for you. It seems the service which you recently purchased is running parallel to the existing one and support can fix this for you.
