I purchased a sat nav online a week ago. Still haven't received unit.

I purchased a sat nav online a week ago. The purchase did not appear in my account, and I have not received a confirmation email. I can't contact anyone from Tomtom. I live in the Republic of Ireland. Any contact details would be much appreciated. Thanks.

    I have the same problem as Tommief1. I live in The Netherlands. I bought Tomtom GO 5200 on 01-dec-2019 !

    Today tuesday i have called 020 850 1022 and got the Tomtom Customer Help online. He said that Tomtom system has problem ivm Back Friday. He went further to find out the Bestelnummer / Referentienummer and take contact with me as soon as he finds.
