is it possible to downgrade / rollback to previous firmware version ?
Not happy with the bugs on the RIDER 550 for Route planning and want to go back to previous version VERSION 19.101 which worked for Route planning and stops etc...
In truth I didn't think it would either... The routing bug that was fixed in that update was... When the device was connected over Wi-Fi, and the .ITN routes (Stops) were Synced using the MyDrive Web Route planner the .ITN Routes were automatically converted and save to the device as a .GPX Track....
I think the problem your having happened quite a while ago when Tomtom prioritized .GPX Tracks over .GPX routes....

This DID roll back to the previous version.
This did not fix the problems as I had anticipated.
