Subscription on the device- Lifetime not reflecting

I have bought in nov..2019 Tomtom Go premium with Lifetime traffic..
On my car sat nav it says that TomTom traffic expires on 07/12/2019 and I must renew my service buying a new one.
Why I can`t have Lifetime traffic for free because has been included in subscription?

    You should not have to pay for the service. Maybe you look back here later and maybe @VikramK will have sorted your account out.
