Hi,
I'm always getting nothing more than
Contact us
Which product do you need help with?
and the rest remains empty.
It doesn't matter if I choose UK, or Belgium Dutch (my preference). Do you have a direct link for email for Belgium/Dutch please? The question is specific related to that region please?
Btw when I click on the UK e-mail link, nothing much is happening over there either. It's browser independent.
Cheers,
Eddy
PS. How can I get rid of this annoying hover that pops up on every page on forums/support each time I wish to leave the page?
Not from my side
Tried it with different browser and no blocking addons
It seems to be the DNS server which is blocking all unnecessary tracking and ad servers. I've temporary change to another DNS server, but I don't see why TT need to secretly track and show ads in a support section.

I know that this doesn't directly answer your question, but would ringing them be more productive?
