Maps corrupted on the VIA 1625

I'm in the same situation with a new VIA 1625 while trying to update the map. The device said Updating. But MyDrive on the computer said it was waiting for the device. Then finally MyDrive said the device was not connected and needed to be disconnected and reconnected. I did so and now the map is corrupted.

    Hi @Terry214

    Welcome to the community!

    In the backend logs, it shows the device has the latest map of USA Canada Mexico v10.35.

    But if you are still not able to user and map then navigate to 'MyContent' tab in MyDrive Connect. Click on the corrupted map(you will see more options) select 'Uninstall'.

    Post that a fresh version of the map will be offered for download again.
