Downloads not working

I have tried frequently to download the updates, it starts and gets stuck at 0% with the message less than one minute left. Eventually it times out and I get a cannot connect to server error. Any help would be appreciated

    Welcome to the community!

    The error logs generated in the backend show that the issues could be caused due to the following-

    Aggressive anti-virus / firewalls.
    Poor wi-fi connection.
    ISP (Internet Service Provider) or router issues. This also includes business networks.

    This can be resolved by changing the connection type or use a different network and connection.
