Order not delievered
I am following the tracking of this parcel. It is being returned to you , it never reached me in Jersey. (It only reached the Southampton UPSdepot)
I phoned UPS, and they tell me that you must send with the parcel the commercial invoice required (the correct paperwork was not ncluded) but also, you must put JERSEY as the destination, not Uk.
Please sort this out urgently, as I now require this Tomtom at your earliest convenience, as I will be going on holiday in the next few days, so need this Tomtom.
Please let me know what is happening.
