Hello all,

I am having trouble updating my Tom Tom Runner 1. I have the app on my phone, software on computer but it's been a while since I have used the watch. I'm trying to update in order to pair with my iPhone. iPhone and Mac both have latest updates.

Any help is appreciated

    @Carl_Springett01 software update can be done only with a Computer, but your watch is uptodate, that's why there is no update available.

    But if you have any problems linking your watch to your Iphone can can try this troubleshoot:

    1. Uninstall the app from your phone
    2. Go to the phone’s Bluetooth® settings screen, click on the (i) icon behind the watch name and select Forget this Device.
    3. Reset the network settings on the phone (Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings)*skip this step if using Android*
    4. Restart your phone
    5. Reinstall the TomTom Sports app.

    6. From the clock screen on your watch, move down to open the Settings screen, then select Phone and move right.
    7. Move right to start pairing.
    8. Start the Sports mobile app and tap Get started.
    9. Tap watch.
    10. When the name of your watch appears, tap on it.
    11. On your phone, tap Pair, then enter the pin code shown on your watch
