Hi, since some weeks my Tom Tom Adventurer is not able to connect with the app.
It seems it's something between the connection between Tom Tom and the computer (usb) or in the device itself.
Any clue on how to solve it?

Hi,
What Mysport Connect displays when the watch is plugged? What the watch displays?
Could you check the 4 pins on the cable to check is they are all on the same level?

Hi, when the watch is connected through usb cable to the computer there is nothing in the display of the watch neither on the computer. It seems like the watch is not recognized as being online. The pins are all in the same level. Thanks. Andrea0
