Update stuck at 92%

What a headache. Brand new, setting it up. Now it is stuck at 92% updating and has been for the past hour. Surely it should be easier than this. Have always had a TomTom but wish I hadn’t bought this. It is 2019, get with it TO TOM. Certainly wont recommend

    Are you doing the update by the direct wifi connection to the device or whilst attached to your PC. What is your Wifi download speed?
