updating error on my go 6200

I have a messgae with updates that need installing. keep getting the error message, oops something went wrong. please try again, have been trying for a couple of days now both on Wi fi at home and work.

    You can try to install MyDrive Connect on a PC and Connect your TomTom with the USB cable. (turn off your PC's USB power settings)

    When this also doesn't work try the Recovery mode;
