I think I have finally found an answer to the problem of my TomTom devices sending me down single-track country roads. I have sold my GO 6200 and purchased the camper version. Leaving the device set to "Large Camper" seems to be avoiding all those dirt tracks that my previous devices used to want to send me down, but it does beg the question, why couldn't such a feature be provided as an option for car drivers?

    Hi @BrianE

What happens if you set it to Car in My Vehicle. My Camper unit seems fine in that mode.

It starts selecting the single track roads that I hate so much if I select car or light camper mode. If I select caravan mode, it seems to go too far the other way, avoiding anything other than motorways or major highways. Heavy camper mode seems to give the right balance.
