Hi cant find any answers or contact number to try and fix my unit

    Can you try holding the ON/OFF button down for about 20 seconds plus to see if it will try to Boot up again.

    If that does not cure it but it is trying to boot the unit up then try Recover my Device as follows. The 3 taps are the tricky bit.
