SuperusersAre you sure you used the exact same login credentials? When you set up the new watch did you use a different email address from the old one? Sounds like you may have so it was split into a different account.6

Thank you - this is possible I realised, and I tried to reset my newer watch to the other email but they haven't linked or refused change saying account already registered. So thought may data should still there somewhere. But looks like I have somehow lost it for the newer watch.
