Adding pois to a go500

I've followed the instructions logged into mydrive /myplaces clicked pois but I am not being presented with the add pois option. go sw is upto date 400m memory free NOT latest maps yet as I need to get a memory card current Europe 940.5961. Unit connects to my drive OK any clues and is updated except for maps

400 MB is considered the bare minimum Free Space for the device to operate...
I guess there is not enough space to install the POI .Ov2 File/s

Thanks for the response. POIS file is only 256K so shouldn't be a problem may be an computer system problem doesn't seem to like win 7 comes up on win 8 laptop. But thanks for responding
