I cannot update my Tom Tom Via 135 Via device
I connect the device, the screen says Getting Ready and then Downloading, but nothing happens. After a few minutes the screen goes to a picture of a spanner and a screwdriver crossed and a notice all servers are busy.

Could you do a clean reinstall of the MyDrive Connect application?
I would recommend using revo-uninstaller.
If that does not fix the problem I will need the log files so that I can forward them to the team.
