I paid for the update over a month ago. My device now shows it has expired. When I log onto my drive it shows an update but when I connect my TomTom it says that everything will be updated via wifi. Why has it not ben updated despite me having paid for it? Why have you not replied to my query I sent 3 days ago through the 'contact us' option?

The subscription you ordered was assigned to the other devices linked to your account.
I have asked the team to make changes so that it shows up on the correct device- GO Essential.
Just do a soft reset and check for updates.
