When I try to pay for speed camera alerts for my go 6000, the page goes blank as I attempt to pay.

I tried to pay by card on the telephone but was told by tomtom it was not possible, even though I have paid twice before by telephone. They have opened an "incident" but I have heard nothing yet. What's to do? Help please.

Which browser are you using? Could you try clearing the cookies and try again?
Perhaps using a different browser to order the service might help?
