Runner 2 battery problem
I bought a runner's watch from a (not very honest) boy 2.
he connects to the PC, has the latest update and connects via Bluetooth to the phone.
the problem is that the battery does not work.
after a night of charging, the disconnection from the socket and after 1 minute the battery is almost dead 1/3.
after a short check from info and it's 2/3 to then immediately return to 1/3.
night off, cardio off, gps off, all off.
as soon as I turn on the gos with a training program, it immediately tells me that the battery is empty and turns off soon after.
do you think is the battery that does not hold the charge or is it a software problem?
can the battery be replaced, and where can I find it?
Thanks

I wrote to the link you posted.
let's see how they answer me.
you know someone who changed the battery, and how he did it.
the hardest thing I don't think is to take it apart, but find the right battery.
even taking it to 1.3.255, the battery will discharge equally immediately.
Is it just a battery prob, or could it be something else?
I noticed that it is not so simple, because the battery is connected by red and black wires.
Instead in some tutorials the runner has the battery with only two poles without wire connections.
What are the steps to replace this battery?
How do I disconnect the black plug?
under the battery there is a circuit, how can I not damage it?
please help! thanks

Hi Grandeand, I would disconnect the battery simply cutting the wires just as they come out from the battery. Example:
This way you can connect the new battery cables easily to the old ones, without desoldering the cable from the watch plate.

Thank you so much for the answer ...
so I have to cut the wires where you indicated?
and the new battery wires, will I have to solder them to the ones I cut?
that black connector, can't you unhook it?
the strange thing about the clock is that by disconnecting it from the charge of the whole night, as soon as i access a training function (freestyle); it turns off completely ...
then as soon as I reconnect it to the battery charger I see that I have to put it back now, date ...
it seems that it resets ...
it also happens to you when you discharge the battery? ...
what do you think?
it seems completely the same as the original..
but sure that you have to cut and solder the cables?
or does the black plug detach from the black plate attached to the circuit?
I have the same issue.
-in the end, after changing the batterie is it working?
-do you have a link (or caracteristic) to share to find the same battery as you used?
-can you explain how you succeed to connect in the end the black and red cable from the new battery and the watch?
many thanks
