    Hi @crispak

    Sorry for my late reply! This can be a hardware fault with the touchscreen on your device but as basic troubleshooting, I advise you to please factory reset device first as shown below :

    Please make sure you create a back-up of your favourites on the computer before performing the factory reset.

    1. Tap Settings in the Main Menu.
    2. Tap Reset factory settings. (Full Reset)
    3. When prompted to select a language (Do not select a language), & do a soft reset on your navigation device as follows:
    Press and hold the On/Off button until you hear the drum sounds and the device restarts. This can take 30 seconds or more.
    4. Select your preferred settings, language etc & then wait for a valid GPS signal.

    Once done, give it a try and then check if still issue persists. In case if the device still behaves in the same way then you have to reinstall the full application on device as mentioned in the below link: My device doesn't start or displays a cross. What should I do? (Ignore the headings and follow the steps carefully)
