It seems there is a something wrong with the ordering system.
TomTom knows about it and is working on a fix.
The young lady on the Phone ordered the map for me and did send me the payment details. After payment i can expect the map in my TomTom Home App on my PC.
Thx for the help. I couldn't find the number myself on the TomTom website.
