My Go Professional 620 Is often unable to connect with my Iphone 6s.

It says 'Obtaining IP address' then fails to connect and says 'Phone out of range even though the phone along side. Can anyone help please?

    Have you updated to OS 13?

    No I have not. Software is 12.4.1. The phone is switched to automatic updates but has not updated. Reading other posts it seems that OS13 affects the bluetooth connection and as I understand it (probably wrongly), the traffic info comes from the wifi hot spot.

    Yeah, don't update to OS 13 - everything is busted.
