Hi there
I have 2 devices - an old XXL and a new Via 53. Each is attached to a different email account. I want to move the via 53 onto the same account as the XXL then remove the empty account . Can anyone tell me how to do this please.

Hi and welcome to the forum
You must set the Via53 to factory settings
Tap Menu/Settings/System/reset device

After reset you can link it to the Mailadress from your XXL.
To delete the actual account from your Via53 you must use this link

If you only have a few places, you can better enter them by hand.

Hi - all done and dusted. The reset has worked and the device has been moved over to the other account.
I could not backup/restore the favourites as I could not find the option to download
MyDrive data. I think I had not been syncing. Still, there are not too many to redo.
