TOMTOM GO PREMIUM X

Hello to everyone
My device just arrived I intaled 3 maps UK - FRANCE - IBERIA
Started to work on uk map , I was check the france map and for some reazon stop to work properly .
I can see the menu but dont allow me to use it , the screen goes and come back but no response to the controls , I have done for 3 times the hard reset on the computer , and says 100% restored but after boot up ask to update a importante update I did but still the same problem !
Should I send the device for repair ?
Any help wil be Appreciated

    I would set the unit back to the UK Map then go into Settings/Maps and deleted the France map and Iberia if need be if it does the same with that. as the France Map.

    I would then go too Settings/System /Reset Device and then check the unit is working Okay with the UK map. If it is then try Adding The France map and test again with that map and if okay then load the Iberia map and try that .

    Let us know how you get on.

    By the way did the unit not come with the Europe Map which covers those countries anyway.

    You haven't stated your Home Country ???
    For European purchased devices ...The installed Full Europe Map Covers
    UK - FRANCE - IBERIA
