Start 20 - New map not installed on device even though it says it is on Tom Tom Connect

I purchased a new map. When I connect to Tom Tom Connect it says it's installed on my device however when I go into the device, it's not there. Help please?

    Hi @sassyspiv

    Are you saying that if you go into settings and select maps you cannot find the map listed so you can select it to be the map you use on the device.

    If I go into My Connect, My Content then My Maps, it says that the new Canada map I purchased is installed on my device however when I go into my device there is no Canada map

    I didn't realise I had to select it so I've done that and it' s worked. Thank you!
