How can I tell whether my latest Community POIs are sync'ed with my device?

I have followed the instructions but cannot see that they are syncing with my device when I connect it to MyDrive Connect.
Looking for them by name does not work as they are replacing previous files with the same name.
The word "sync" does not produce any help or FAQ topics & I would rather stick pins in my eyes than contact support by phone again.
