Hi,
I have a Tomtom GO520 and a samsung android phone. Almost every time my device goes to sleep or have an update or my phone does that, the connection is lost. Somethimes a have to restart the phone or i have to restart the device to get the connection back.
On the phone i can see that there is no connection with the message that "the device is out of reach" but (and excuse my language) the f*** thing is right next to it. there is no troubleshooting and when i am start to drive a have the connection fixt when i am at my f* destination. Very irritating, i paid money for a device instead of using free stuff google maps, coyote or.... simply because it supposed to be running smooth and have the best routes and traffic updates but i have more problems...
Does anyone know how to fix this or tell me whats happening?
Thanks from a frustrated soul

Hi @SvenBeuckelaers
Welcome to the community!
Could you try the troubleshooting steps-
Phone:
# Go to home screen and select the app icon
# Then select on the settings icon
# Browse for the Application Manager
# Make sure that the system app are also listed here.
# Select Bluetooth Share
# Force stop the app
# Tap on Storage
# Clear both - Cache and Data
# Restart the phone
GO 520 WiFi
# Using MyDrive web please create a back-up of your saved places
# See the steps in the user guide here
# Factory reset the device- Main menu- Settings-System-Reset device.
Follow the pairing process, as per the video below-
Thanks
